WELL-READ BLACK GIRL /

WRBG FESTIVAL

ILLUSTRATION

Founded in 2016 by Glory Edim, Well-Read Black Girl is a creative community and book club dedicated to amplifying the narratives of Black women — paying homage to the literary legacies of writers like Toni Morrison, Alice Walker, and Maya Angelou.

I created a collage illustration centering Black girlhood and WRBDG’s 5 years of uplifting the Black literary community.

festival featuring keynote speaker Gabrielle Union-Wade.
